Every counterparty completes the same forms, and every offer follows the same template. The pack is sealed: onboarding forms open to registered customers, and trade templates unlock once your company has passed business verification.

What we do not use

ARAM does not work through ICPO, FCO or SCO document chains, does not ask for proof of funds before KYC, and never charges buyers fees for documents, samples or release of cargo. Offers that do are a common pattern in mineral-trading fraud.

Onboarding forms

ARAM-F-01 · Suppliers
Supplier KYC and Due-Diligence Questionnaire
Identifies a producer, processor or trader and the origin of the material it offers. Required before any offer is listed.
ARAM-F-02 · Buyers
Buyer KYC Questionnaire
Identifies a buyer before offer details, supplier identities or samples are released.
ARAM-F-03 · Both parties
Beneficial Ownership Declaration
Declares the natural persons who ultimately own or control a counterparty.
ARAM-F-04 · Suppliers
Mine-of-Origin and Chain-of-Custody Declaration
Records where a lot was mined and every party that held it. Required for 3TG, gold, cobalt and rough diamonds.

Trade templates

ARAM-T-01 · Buyers· Verified companies
Buyer Letter of Intent (non-binding)
States a buyer's serious interest in a specified quantity and grade so that ARAM can approach producers. It creates no obligation to buy or sell.
ARAM-T-02 · Buyers· Verified companies
Commercial Offer
ARAM's written offer for a specific lot or supply programme, issued only to KYC-cleared buyers.
ARAM-T-03 · Both parties· Verified companies
Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention Agreement
Protects the identities and information ARAM introduces, and the counterparty's own confidential information, before an introduction is made.

Templates, version 1.0. They are good-faith drafts pending review by counsel in the UAE and South Africa, and they do not replace a negotiated sales contract.
