Your legitimacy opens the doors.

ARAM works KYC-first. Every counterparty is identified before anything restricted is shared, which is what keeps offers, documents and introductions between real companies.

    Create an account

    A business account in your company's name, with a company email address.

  2. 02

    Submit company details

    Registration, directors, beneficial owners, business purpose and the materials you trade.

  3. 03

    KYC review

    ARAM screens the company, owners and directors against sanctions and adverse media, and checks licences.

    Access released

    Sealed documents, company identifiers, offer details and trade templates open to your account.

02Verify ARAM

Is it really us?

Criminals impersonate mineral traders to take advance fees and redirect payments. Here is how to recognise a genuine ARAM communication, and what we will never ask you to do.

A genuine ARAM communication

  • Email comes only from addresses ending @africanrare.com, and our website is only africanrare.com.
  • Offers are issued on the ARAM Commercial Offer template (ARAM-T-02) with a reference number you can quote back to us.
  • Contracts are signed by an ARAM entity listed on this page, and payment goes only to a bank account in that entity's name.
  • We complete KYC on you before we share supplier details, and we expect you to complete KYC on us.

ARAM will never

  • Ask for advance fees, registration fees or 'release' fees for documents, samples, cargo, certificates or introductions.
  • Change bank details by email. A request to pay a new account is fraud until confirmed by phone on a number from this website.
  • Offer gold, diamonds or other metals at a discount to the market price, or deliver 'on arrival' before contract.
  • Use ICPO, FCO or SCO document chains, or demand proof of funds before either side has completed KYC.
  • Communicate only through free email services or messaging apps.
