The offer is conditional on satisfactory completion of KYC and due diligence on the buyer, and on the export licences and approvals required in the country of origin.

Title and risk pass as set out in the sales contract. Governing law and arbitration are as set out in the sales contract.

ARAM never requests advance fees for documents, samples or release of cargo. Payment is made only to the bank account named in the signed sales contract; always confirm bank details by telephone using a number from africanrare.com.
